Also for the PLAST 2026 edition, Italian exhibitors have the opportunity to request an exclusive service for the calculation of their “Organization Carbon Footprint” as evidence of their commitment to sustainability.

In this regard, AMAPLAST (National Association of Plastic and Rubber Machinery and Mould Manufacturers, which sponsors PLAST, organised by its own service company Promaplast srl) supports and accompanies exhibiting companies interested in calculating their Carbon Footprint by applying internationally recognised protocols (GHG Protocol and ISO 14064).

The Carbon Footprint is today the most immediate and universally accepted method to communicate and represent the environmental impact of an Organization.

Translating one’s activity into equivalent carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere is a sign of attention to the environment and highlights the desire to adhere to sustainability standards, today considered an added value by customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

The launch, right now, of a process aimed at identifying a baseline in terms of the Organization’s carbon footprint, is the first step to hypothesize a Carbon Neutrality project and was designed to be able to communicate this activity in time for PLAST 2026. The results of the analysis can be displayed in your stand using an infographic made available by AMAPLAST.

We therefore invite you to read the attachment to discover the details of the service.
