Milan, 8 June 2026 – The twentieth edition of Plast, the leading European trade fair of the year dedicated to the plastics and rubber industry, opens on Tuesday 9 June 2026. Alongside Plast, the event marks the simultaneous inauguration of Xylexpo and Composites Future, the other two exhibitions within the MaTec – Next Materials and Technologies project, running from 9 to 12 June at Fiera Milano (Rho).

With over 1,000 exhibitors from 45 countries and an exhibition area exceeding 40,000 square metres, Plast 2026 confirms its position as the European reference event for the plastics and rubber industry. Over the four days of the fair, thousands of visitors are expected from all major geographical areas.

The opening ceremony will take place at 11.30 along Corso Italia, the central avenue of the fairground, at Pavilion 18. The ceremony will conclude by 11.45.
